Frequently Asked Questions

  • The purchase of any ISOS package is possible without activating your personal account. To activate your personal account, you need to pay ISOS 10 for each month from your wallet. If you buy ISOS business packages (Partner or Gold ) with a payment of more than 500 EUR, without activating your personal account, you will automatically receive the activation of your personal account (for 6 months) and an Extra Bonus. For the business package (Starter), without activating your personal account, you will also automatically receive the activation of your personal account (for 6 months), but not Extra Bonus.

  • Buying any number of ISOS packages is possible without activating your personal account for ISOS 10. Example:
  • You can choose to purchase the desired number of ISOS packages or the desired number of months to subscribe ISOS packages. Next payment, you can choose another ISOS business package to purchase.

  • Buy a new ISOS package, or activate with Subscriptions, or to pay ISOS 10 for every month from your wallet.

  • Get it if you have purchased one of the ISOS business packages or have activated your personal account for 10 ISOS.

  • Upgrade cannot be done by paying the difference between the cost of the previously purchased package and the desired package.

  • Open My Ideas, click on idea you want and сlick on sign (…) choose /Submit to Auction/ and there you have to fill data and Publish it. When the successful auction time ends, a notification will display the message: "you have received a winning bid for your idea", where the seller must confirm the maximum auction bid for the buyer. Only after that the buyer will receive a message in the Notification: "Your bid has won the Auction", where the buyer must confirm the Auction transaction through the Checkout. Only after that the Auction transaction is considered completed.

  • You can describe your wishes besides money (maybe just for Likes or looking for a job, or looking for associates of interest, or something else). When you meet the condition for an alternative idea, you confirm that, with the consent of your client, you can add him to the co-authors or take other agreed actions.

  • Click on the number of likes and you will see a list of likes.

  • Open your Profile, go down and click My Drafts, or click My Ideas on Main page and in the corner click "My Drafts".

ISOS rules

    • App ISOS works on its own points for internal settlements and these points are not converted or withdrawn to Fiat.
      To create the attractiveness of App, in parallel there is the possibility of selling and buying ideas in Euro with withdrawal via PayPal.
      This opportunity will only be for those who pass the KYC and use PayPal, and operate with ideas with a price in Euro.
      The seller can put a price in Euros and the buyer can only buy this idea for Euros, if they both have KYC verification.
      Those who did not wish to issue it (KYC), will be able to carry out all transactions only in ISOS points.
      In the App itself, the prices of some ideas in Euro and some ideas in ISOS points will be visible.
      All ideas with prices in ISOS points are available to those who have not passed the KYC.
      And the one who passed the KYC can also buy ideas with prices in ISOS points, but when without withdrawal, as well as buy ideas with prices in euros, but then with the withdrawal of money for the seller.
    • When buying ideas in Euro, the money is credited to the Seller’s PayPal account. 8% ISOS points will be deducted from seller wallet as a commission for the ISOS company when buying an idea from an auction. 10% ISOS points will be deducted from seller wallet as a commission for the ISOS company when buying an idea from an main page.
    • You can use your personal account for free with available functionality that you can check on your Profile settings.
    • To activate a personal account with full functionality, you need to pay ISOS 10 points per month.
    • To fill your Wallet, you can buy any ISOS Packages or to subscribe.
    • After receiving money company ISOS immediately will convert your funds to ISOS points.
    • Purchasing any ISOS business packages (Partner, Gold ) you will get an Extra Bonus from company ISOS for activating a personal account. Company ISOS will immediately activate your personal account from date of receiving money. After buying any package you will receive 6 months of standard activation of personal account. For packages Partner you will get 1 month activation as an Extra Bonus and for Gold you will get 6 months activation as an Extra Bonus. If your personal account is activated, your Bonus will be added from last day of your activation.
    • The current rate of the ISOS point: 1EUR is equal to ISOS 10(Only for our internal wallet).
    • Affiliates receive income for attracting New customers to ISOS through their referral links, in the
      amount of ISOS 3 to own wallet, for their/New customer/ first post.

    Business activity.

    • In order to activate the wallet for free for one month, you need to register three new Posts with ideas or 3 of your friends through your referral links, published their first post.
    • Your Business activity every month gives a key / opportunity / to receive bonuses offered by company ISOS.

    Wallet

    • A warning! Withdrawing funds from the wallet does not work.
